All customers acknowledge that they are of legal age, are not under guardianship and acknowledge that they have read these conditions for themselves and on behalf of all travelers they have registered at the time of booking. - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
Reserving transport or other products with IKIGAI GROUP via its website ikigai-group.fr entails the customer's full acceptance of the general and specific conditions of sale of IKIGAI GROUP via its website. ikigai-group.fr and unreserved acceptance of all of their provisions in force on the day of reservation.
It also implies acceptance of our conditions of use of the site. This acceptance is made on behalf of all participants. This acceptance may only be called into question in the cases strictly provided for in the “Complaints” article. If applicable, the customer will accept the cancellation conditions.
- Reservation and Payment
All services are payable before execution, unless otherwise agreed with the customer (after acceptance and signature of the order form transcribed by email to contact@ikigai-group.fr): For a departure more than 30 days after the reservation date, the Reservation can only be made after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the service, the balance must be paid before the departure date. In the case of a reservation for departure within 30 days, the service must be paid in full at the time of reservation. No service can be confirmed in the absence of full payment of the price of the service.
Failing to have paid the full price within the deadlines set above, the customer will be deemed to have canceled their stay or trip and will be liable for the cancellation fees provided for below. In this case, the amounts paid by the customer upon reservation will be kept by IKIGAI GROUP via its website. ikigai-group.fr as an advance on cancellation costs.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to transport services (article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal. The customer must provide IKIGAI GROUP via its website ikigai-group.fr in writing (e-mail), the information defined below.

For the application of this exemption: The city of Paris, the departments of Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne are considered as a single department. Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport is considered to be part of the following departments: Val-d'Oise, Seine-Saint-Denis and Seine-et-Marne. Orly airport is considered to be part of the following departments: Val-de-Marne and Essonne.
Nature of baggage: Approximate overall weight and volume; possible preciousness and fragility; other possible specificities.

- Reservation and payment methods
Reservation of services offered by IKIGAI GROUP via its website ikigai-group.fr has been designed to allow the customer to reconsider their order before final validation, through different stages during which the customer will always have the possibility of canceling their reservation, until payment for the trip. The customer undertakes to pay the entire order at the time of booking, either by check, by cash, or by debiting their credit card in Distance Selling (VAD). Once payment has been validated, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, to the email address indicated during the reservation process. - Delivery of documents
After full payment of the price of the stay, IKIGAI GROUP via its website ikigai-group.fr sends travel documents to the customer electronically. Depending on the departure date, the customer may request to obtain their travel documents by mail.
In this case, the sending of documents will be invoiced depending on the type of sending: Simple mail €20 incl. tax, Chronopost France €45 incl. tax and Chronopost International €75 incl. tax
- Price
No dispute concerning the price of the stay can be taken into consideration after acceptance of the quote by the customer. It is up to the customer to assess, before concluding the contract, whether the price suits him by accepting the principle that it is a fixed price. In particular, the prices do not necessarily take into account promotional rates granted on certain dates; accordingly, no complaints or requests for reimbursement will be taken into account in this regard.
Likewise, if for any reason the customer cancels his reservations on site, no refund will be granted (provision concerning transport by vehicle of any kind).
The price includes the price of transport stricto sensu, which includes in particular the remuneration of the driver(s), that of the additional and additional services described in the contract. Other “extra” services remain the responsibility of the customer. Any ancillary or complementary services are remunerated at the agreed price.
This is particularly the case for: long-term parking on a site; air, rail or sea transfers of the driver(s) in the event of a long period of inactivity; complementary maritime (ferries) or rail (tunnels) transport; baggage insurance that passengers may possibly take out, overtime and additional kilometers, accommodation costs and meals for the driver(s).
- File fees
Any reservation of service provision will not be subject to any invoicing, we do not charge any administration fees.
- Payment security

- Duration of trips
The duration of the service includes departure and return days. For transport, whatever the vehicle: the time which elapses between the moment when the vehicle is made available to the customer and when the transporter regains freedom of use of it. The duration of availability includes the pick-up and drop-off time for passengers and their luggage, which varies depending on the nature of the service.

For stations 10 minutes after the train arrives at the platform
after this period any delay will be invoiced on the basis of the hourly rate of provision

- Responsibility

No refund will be granted if the customer requests a modification of the services provided for in the contract on site. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by their actions. Any damage to the interior of the vehicles caused by the passenger(s) will be charged to the customer.
The carrier is responsible for the safety of the transport, including each time passengers get on and off any vehicle. The driver takes the necessary safety measures and, if necessary, gives instructions to the passengers, who are required to respect them. Except for legal exemptions, the transport of dangerous goods is prohibited in vehicles. If an exemption applies, the principal informs the carrier. Concerning more specifically public transport of children, the customer must ensure that the persons designated as responsible have the necessary knowledge regarding safety for public transport of children; The customer must ask the people designated as responsible to provide the safety instructions to be applied (danger around the car, obligation to remain seated, etc.), in particular those concerning the compulsory wearing of a seat belt, and to ensure that they are respected; the customer must instruct the people designated as responsible to count the children one by one each time they get in and out of the car.

- Cancellation by customer
Any modification or cancellation by the customer concerning the rental of a minibus, VAN, premium business sedan before departure will result in the collection of the following fees: – Cancellation more than 31 days before the departure date: 10% of the total amount of the service corresponding to bank charges - Cancellation 30 days and 16 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount of the service - Cancellation 15 days and 7 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount of the service - Cancellation less 7 days before the departure date or after the planned departure date: 100% of the total amount of the service Any modification or cancellation by the customer in the context of a rental of a tourist vehicle with driver before departure will result in the collection of fees following: – Cancellation + 96 hours before the departure date: 10% of the total amount of the trip (corresponding to bank charges) – Cancellation 96 hours before the departure date: 50% of the total amount of the trip – Cancellation 48 hours before the departure date or after the planned departure date: 100% of the total amount of the trip
Administrative fees are not included in the cancellation contract and will therefore never be refundable. No refund can be made if the customer(s) cannot present the police or health documents required for their travels such as passport, visa, identity card, vaccination certificate. Any interrupted or shortened stay or any service not consumed by you for any reason whatsoever does not give rise to any refund. Any cancellation request must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The date on which the buyer's letter reaches IKIGAI GROUP via its website luxurycab.fr will be considered effective.
15. Complaints
Any complaint for non-performance or poor performance of the travel contract must be reported as soon as possible to our team only by email, (contact@ikigai-group.fr) so that it can provide a solution to the problem posed.
